How do you refund my money?
Once the order is cancelled, Chaimaa will process the refund based on your choice mode of refund. In this case, the money will be debited back to your account. This typically takes about 7-10 working days.
What is your general cancellation policy?
Orders placed with Chaimaa must be cancelled before the tea has been processed for dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, once the tea has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order under any circumstances.
I am not happy with the tea (or have received the wrong shipment). What do I do now?
Ensuring that our customers get only the highest quality teas is top priority for us at Chaimaa! However, if you think we've messed up somewhere—with the quality or with quantity or contents of your order, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support by dropping an email to customercare@machatea.co. We'll be glad to help you out with the best possible solution, including refunding your money back.
How do I return my order?
We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. Hence, Chaimaa doesn't do returns. Instead, please write to us at customercare@machatea.co or send us a chat message from our website; we promise to do whatever we can to resolve the issue. In the end, your satisfaction is what matters to us.
